The
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential
is the perfect way to begin your career in the field of
project management. If you are already a project manager,
but do not yet have enough experience to apply for the PMP
credential, then the CAPM validates your knowledge of the
Project Management Body of Knowledge. Once you've obtained
your CAPM certification, the next step would be to obtain
your PMP when the required level of professional work experience
has been accrued.
